What is the purpose of this app?

Jeeves Connect facilitates the current order placement procedure, particularly for the collection & delivery service.

Can you request for an Express Service via the app?

Unfortunately no. Please proceed to any of Jeeves shops before the assigned time frame. Click here for more details about the mentioned service.

Why isn't there a payment gateway in the basket?

Subject to the complexity and size of the item, the final price or quotation will be confirmed once we receive the item physically. Our Customer Service team will then contact you for the order confirmation.

How to pay the order if there isn't a payment gateway?

Similar to the existing collection and delivery procedures, our Customer Service team will contact you upon the receipt of the order and confirm the payment method afterwards.

Is the app available in Chinese?

It will be available at the end of 2019.
