Please accept my apologies for the delay in this month’s newsletter, it’s been a busy September, with a surge of new members joining the JEEVES Members Club<\/strong>. We’re thrilled to welcome you all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To our loyal paying members: thank you. You now represent over 80% of our client base, and we’re deeply grateful for your continued support. Behind the scenes, my team and I have been working on a new Point of Sale system, which officially launched across all retail locations today, October 2nd. This upgrade is designed to enhance your experience and lay the foundation for a more dynamic loyalty program for JEEVES members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coming mid-October, we’ll be introducing “JEEVES Cleaning Packages”<\/strong> for the first time, exclusive to our members. These bundles will offer greater value, deeper discounts, and even complimentary services, another way we’re enriching the JEEVES membership experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead to year-end, we plan to launch “JEEVES Points”<\/strong>, a rewards system where members earn points for every dollar spent. These points can be redeemed for cleaning services, giving us a meaningful way to thank you and further develop our loyalty program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
