Jeeves quickly became the preferred valeting service for London’s elite, including members of the Royal Family, thanks to its unique blend of traditional craftsmanship, technical innovation, and uncompromising attention to detail.

In 1993, Ms. Filomena Merszei, a loyal Jeeves client, brought the brand to Hong Kong after struggling to find a dry cleaner capable of properly caring for her Chanel tweed jackets, which were repeatedly damaged by local laundry and dry cleaning providers. Determined to raise the standard, she introduced Jeeves to the city, where it quickly became the trusted partner of Hong Kong’s most stylish individuals and leading fashion houses, a reputation that endures to this day.

Today, the Hong Kong franchise is led by Mr. Ryan Merszei, her son and current owner, who oversees all aspects of the operation including marketing, customer service, cleaning development, scientific research, top tier handbag restoration, service efficiency, and accounting. Ryan is also deeply committed to sustainability, continuously refining operations to reduce environmental impact and promote safer, more responsible garment care across the industry.

Creative direction is led by Sikrintarn Merszei (Nokky), Ryan’s wife, who is responsible for fashion updates, design, marketing strategy, and all content creation and editing for the brand’s Instagram and digital platforms. Together, they continue to elevate Jeeves Hong Kong as a leader in sustainable, high performance garment care.
