Membership Renewal Price Adjustment: Starting October 15th 2024, the membership renewal fee will modestly increase. We understand that this change may come as a surprise, especially since we have maintained the same pricing structure for many years. However, allow us to explain the reasons behind this decision.
Why the Adjustment?
- Cost of Production: The costs of providing top-tier dry-cleaning services have risen significantly. From premium cleaning agents to skilled artisans who handle your delicate fabrics, maintaining our quality standards requires an ongoing investment.
- Hong Kong’s Landscape: Our beloved city is vibrant and dynamic but presents unique challenges. Operating in Hong Kong means navigating the rising operational costs, including rent, utilities, and labour.
- Sustaining the 20% Discount: We remain committed to offering our VIP Club members an exclusive 20% discount, on all services for one-year, complimentary minor alterations, no minimum order for Collection & Delivery, and Priority Service on WhatsApp Concierge. We must adjust our pricing structure to continue providing this generous benefit that has been exclusive to the JEEVES Hong Kong franchise since 1993.

- Previous Renewal Fee: HKD 1300
- New Renewal Fee: HKD 2500
- Effective Date: October 15th, 2024
