🧾 Redemption Guidelines & Terms

  • Redemption is capped at HK$250 per invoice (maximum 10,000 points per invoice)
  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (Jan 1 – Dec 31 each year)
  • Unused points are automatically cleared at the beginning of each calendar year
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be redeemed against eligible invoices
  • Points are non-transferable and linked to a single registered member account
  • Points are not earned on cash credits or account top-ups
  • Points can be accumulated across all services, including cleaning, restoration, alterations, and merchandise
  • Jeeves reserves the right to amend or update the terms of redemption at any time and retains final discretion over all claims

  1. General Terms
    • The General Terms and Conditions of Service apply to this promotion.

    • The following clauses outline the specific terms for the Seasonal Perks for Jeeves Voucher Holders, in addition to the General Terms.
  2. Final Redemption Policy
    • All voucher redemptions are final.
    • No refunds or reversals will be permitted.
  3. Exclusivity of Promotion
    • Voucher redemptions cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or member benefits.
  4. Perk 1 – JEEVES Membership Renewal
    • Renewal requires 100% voucher usage.
    • Renewal is available for a maximum of two years.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The General Terms and Conditions of Service apply to this promotion and can be viewed at jeeves.com.hk/terms and conditions. The following outlines specific terms for this package.
  2. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for the package once purchased.
  3. No refunds will be provided for individual item cleaning.
  4. Refunds for upcharges may be granted at the sole discretion of Jeeves.
  5. Each package includes prepaid cleaning for 8 suits, 8 shirts, 2 sweaters, and 1 tie or scarf (total 19 items). No substitutions, additions, or changes to the item mix are permitted.
  6. All items listed in the package must be standard garments. Nonstandard items will incur additional charges in accordance with Jeeves’ upcharge policy and pricing.
  7. The package is valid for exactly one year from the date of purchase.
  8. Unused services will not be refunded or extended beyond the expiry date.
  9. Jeeves reserves the right to accept or reject any items that do not fall within its defined garment categories.
  10. All suits must be cleaned as complete two-piece sets. This means trousers for men or skirts for women, and they must be matching in material, colour, and brand.

1. This promotional launch price is valid from October 11 until further notice.
2. The offer applies only to hard surface suitcases.
3. Fabric, partial fabric, or leather suitcases are excluded from this promotional rate and will be quoted separately.
4. Jeeves (HK) Limited reserves the right to make the final decision regarding cleaning eligibility.
5. Jeeves (HK) Limited will not be liable for any pre-existing damages.
6. This service does not include repairs for scratches, dents, or broken hardware. It is strictly for cleaning and sanitization.
7. Indemnity will be governed by our standard terms and conditions for garment cleaning services.
8. The promotional price is the same for both members and non-members during the launch period and is subject to adjustment at the discretion of Jeeves (HK) Limited.

                1. Gift supplies are limited, and gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

                Terms & Conditions:

                3. Original invoice must be shown to staff to collect corresponding draw for prizes.
                4. The promotion is only valid for in-store invoices and not for Van & Delivery invoices.

                6. Once original invoices are stamped by JEEVES staff the invoice will be deemed invalid for future prize claims.

                Curtain and Carpet Promo

                Terms & Conditions:

                1. Promotion is valid from 08/10/2024 – 31/12/2024.
                2. No extensions on the promotion date.
                3. The promotion is only valid for Carpet cleaning & Curtain cleaning
                4. This promotion cannot be used with other discounts, coupons, or promotions.
                5. Take-down and Put-up service for curtains and drapery must be booked one week in advance. Before a booking can be scheduled and confirmed, the client will be required to provide initial measurements and other details requested by JEEVES.
                6. JEEVES can accommodate carpets up to 6 feet long for complementary collection and delivery services. Larger carpets must be handled by a third-party logistics provider at the client’s cost.
                7. Jeeves can only accommodate curtain Take-down and Put-up service for maximum ceiling heights of 3.5 meters.

                Pre-winter promo

                Terms & Conditions:

                1. Promotion is valid from 08/10/2024 – 08/11/2024.
                2. No extensions on the promotion date.
                3. The promotion is only valid for the following winter items: Knitwear, down jackets, Overcoats/raincoats, Furs, and Quilted items.
                4. This promotion cannot be used with other discounts, coupons, or promotions.
                5. To obtain the third garment complimentary, all winter items must be charged at the regular retail rate.
                6. The third complimentary winter item will always be the lowest-priced item on our retail price list.
